How many calories are in this sandwich? - how many calories are in a slice of white american cheese

I have two questions sandwich!
also for the first sandwich, there is a white border, 4 slices American cheese, a piece of fresh salad and a white piece of jalepeno peppers.
Secondly, the Subway sandwich on whole wheat bread, turkey, lettuce and jalepeno ...

any help would be very grateful!

I think that is the goal here, too, lose weight, if not, do not understand why you are asked if they did not. Here are some tips to lose weight and eat a few good things to Subway:
I get 6 "sub
Italian herbs and cheese
Lettuce
Tomato
Black Olive
Cucumber
Roast Beef
Cheese (sometimes.)

If you eat bread, you should eat whole grain bread. It is much healthier then for you white bread, and when a wheat bread, take the underground to train.

Black Forest ham is very good for you as well as a vegetarian is absolutely delicious and well.

Stay away from chips to as much as possible. So, stay away from soda. Everything that is with corn syrup, high fructose not good for food and soda has a lot of them. Over 700 for the former and 500 for the second. The second is even better, because Turkey is not a lot of carbohydrates and proteins has not yet seen.
