Using OPEN OFFICE WRITER - How can I insert a clip art object and move it around the page to where I want? - clip art for writers

So far I've managed to do everything possible to stick is a work of art, clip, but the agenda of the writer does not seem to me to place the object anywhere on the page. Always seems firmly on the left side of the page.
Any tips on how to "free" of the object, so you can move with the right or middle of the page?
I have it with Microsoft Word, so I think it should be possible in Writer!
