Have you thought about affiliate marketing? It is pay for performance marketing where publishers pay a small commission on sales to your website. If not sold - you do not pay. Canbuy.ca is an example of a site that operates on the basis of membership. They have a page on the affiliate marketing - Check it out - it is not difficult to configure.
